Has anyone heard anything about new incentives being offered on new construction? TV did 3% in September but none in Oct. We would like to start our new home but think it might be wise to wait for Nov. to see if any new incentives are offered. I mean 3% is the price of a new golf cart !!!

You are coming into the peak season. I doubt you will see much in the way of incentives until after the season next spring.
