Default Need your help with Villages Refrigerator & Repair Services

Hi! I am hoping a few of you can shed light on a company which was hired to repair a washer for a friend of mine. The company is Villages Refrigerator & Appliance Repair. Jim Risley is the owner and has done work in The Villages for quite some time. He was hired to make a washer lid repair, back in early September and unfortunately, my friend paid him upfront.
He did send a serviceman out approximately a month ago with a new lid but unfortunately again, when the gentleman tried putting it on, it broke. Apparently, the washer which is a Whirlpool Cabrio has issues with their lids, so its been told.
Both phone #'s for Jim, which is listed in The Villages telephone book and on his website, say he was not taking calls from October 7th thru the beginning of November and on both lines, the mailbox is full.
He is nowhere to be found or anyway to contact him.
Has anyone had any dealings with him or his company recently and if so, is there a way to contact him?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I heard that he was rear ended by a truck and was hurt.
