I'm not sure I understand your point. We are expected to pay for trash that is generated inside The Villages, even if it is 10 bags. No problem. But, the OP said that their neighbor is importing 6 to 8 large bags of trash from a church every week. If true, that trash is generated outside of The Villages, and it is the church's responsibility to dispose of it, not Village residents. They are stealing a service from The Villages. Where I lived in Virginia, there was a $500 fine for using someone else's dumpster. Trash disposal is an expensive service and it is getting more expensive.

It is not ok. They might think they are doing their church a favor, but it is not a favor to the residents who pay for this shared service. Good luck.

Speaking of breaking the law! What about all the.people that rent there houses out! Isn't that considered a home based business??? So why can't I run my landscape business from the house? Still a home based business. Hummmm. Sounds sensible to me. I'm no different than Mrs Jones sewing and repairing clothes at her house for people. If you are collecting rent then you are running a business. Let's all just play fair.

Most towns like Leesburg as an example have a minimum charge for garbage in the matter what you put out. In other words you get a monthly bill so I don't know what savings they would be

If you are positive about that, I would let the guys know that drive the trash truck. Probably same people that don’t tip the trash guys at Christmas either.

Look through the trash weekly and maybe you will find an envelope with a donation in it.

If I saw this once or twice would think nothing of it but if every week would wonder how two people could generate so much trash.

It’s all going to the dump, from the church or from the offender’s house. Mind your own business. For most people minding my own business is a full time job. The cost for the extra weight or volume of garbage is negligible.

Apple and Kumquats. There are no deed restrictions in renting out one's home...

Simply talk to your neighbor about it and get the facts before you jump to conclusions.

Best suggestion, before posting on social media where the haters and baiters will pounce!

There is a principal involved here. Sorry you can't or won't acknowledge it.
As to "mind your own business", the story goes that a man named Jesus happened upon a woman being stoned to death. Guess you would have told him to walk on by, don't get involved and to mind his own business.
