Instead of relying on information given by posters on this forum, some would be right and some could be wrong, I would say the best advice is to call The Villages Insurance AND a couple of other insurance companies and get the information straight from a practicing professional.

I got insurance for my golf cart last month. The Villages Insurance (through Foremost) does not cover your renters. My property manager told me that she heard that was gong to change in September.
