The one with the steel started is Aldi's the new sign is for ABC liquor.

I couldn't get the Trailwinds plat map to open with my tablet, but I do think it is Aldi, since they have announced "opening soon" and the ABC store is still in the planning stage... just checked again, it's Aldi.

There is an Aldi sign up now in front of the construction, and an ABC Store coming soon sign to the west of Aldi.

Since Trailwinds Village is not being developed by TV, it will not have golf cart access.

In fact about six months ago TV put fencing around Sand Hill Executive, which wasn't there until then. I guess they thought some villagers would cut through the golf course in their cart, they put a stop to that. Those stores will be in direct competition with Pinellas Plaza, a developer owned property.

Why can't we get a Trader Joe's,or some other diverse type or retailer ??

My guess would be they don't want to come here. Sure have had enough people ask them to.
