Default New Designer Models

Four new Designer models (Lilac, Holly, Fern and Aster) will be introduced tomorrow, June 1st.

I noticed some of the new models are already listed for sale; however, you can't yet access the floor plans. I'm anxious to see what the new models will look like. We are closing on an Iris on June 18th. Too late to change our minds now.

Usually (not always) the "new" models are the new names for previous models. I'll be interested to know...

We just returned from TV. One of them is Whispering Pines with a redesigned kitchen...no wall between kitchen and living room. Moved sink to opposite wall.

Now you have me excited to view the new homes which (I hope) come out tomorrow. We are coming down in 1 week to look at lots and models. So far we are going with the Lily. Let's see if I like another one better.

Congratulations on your new home.

Do you find it an improvement or short cut that they have taken?

It was our first look in a long time, but it seemed to make a lot of sense. It will visually be more open and inviting. Nice model.

In April a salesman said they soon would be introducing a Designer Model with 3 BRs and 2 baths. Two of the BRs would be master bedrooms each with their own bath.

I like the idea of two master bedrooms!

I just tried to log on to TheVillages.com and it wouldn't let me go further than the opening screen.. Bet they are getting things all changed for tomorrow.

I can't wait to see the new models when we return next month!!

Default Can't wait to see what they look like!

Cliff and I are in the throes of deciding on our dream home in TV. We just got back from a get together up here in Michigan, some of whom are very interested, too, and all of whom are very happy for us. We [B]had[B] decided on a Lily (we already have the lot!) - but will now have to scope out the new models! Can't wait for tomorrow!

Default I am Happy with Our choice.

When I heard that the new models were going to be available just 3 weeks after we bought I was sure one of them would be something I could not live without. I just got a chance to see the floorplans and I am still delighted with our Iris with an expanded Lanai. I am also happy that we bought before the prices went up and during the 15 day promotion that was going on in the new unit in which we bought. It saved us 14.5% on the total purchase which is always a good thing!!! We are so blessed.

Try this link if it does not work go to TV website and look at the new homes listed. There is at least a speck hone of each of the new models. Or you can see the base price if you look at the new home gallery. If you need more help finding this send me a private message an I will try to help.
