Default New flowers, AGAIN!!!!

Drove down Morse from 466 yesterday to enjoy coffee with MissyPie and saw dozens of workers weeding and edging and planting another array of the most beautiful flowers yet.

I love this place.

Gracie - I love the new color display on Morse as well. Interesting though - I drive to work up Morse from O'dell and the flowers south of 466 are an absolute riot of color while the flowers n of 466 onto Rio Grande are much more subdued. Both beautiful, but definitely a different vibe.

The marigolds are a feast for eyes made greedy by the fading sun.

This is simply another reason why we are moving to TV. Missed my chance 8 years ago, decided against TV and live 10 mi south. But better late than never. My house is sold, closing in a month. My GF in Lake Mary to retire next June and will sell her house by then. Our Design Meeting in TV for our Holly model is Monday (yay!) and guess mid Feb will be a TVr when done. Our house to be built on a nice lot in Glichrist.

I was so fortunate to live close to TV and visit at least every other week over the years. The drives down Morse and BV are always gorgeous. Actually 8 years ago, I didn't think the TV Lifestyle was worth the extra $$$. After being a visitor so many times, my mind changed. I've never met a TVr that was not happy. We will be one of the 100K soon. As I said better late than never. We'll be there this weekend to enjoy the new flowers too...
