I own a designer home and a colony villa that I rent out. My new utility bill arrived and the amenity fee for the colony villa (which is a smaller house) went up to $173.55 where as my designer home is still at $164.93. Anyone else see an increase in there bill especially a colony model.

This has been discussed a bunch.

Amenity fee increases each year, based on inflation. The increase date is the anniversary of the month the house ORIGINALLY transferred from the developer to the 1st owner.

The designer will increase also.
