I beleive Lady Lake, and you will need to make arrangements for a new lock, I think this will be around $35, no idea on the lead time. Hopefully you will be albe to contact your local mail person to pick up your mail while they are there.

My mailbox is on the top row. I think that someone is raising the boxes. It was a lot easier to get my mail 6 years ago when we moved here. My wife needs help getting the mail out of the box......she's 5'-0".

Takes them a little over a week to replace the lock, but you can pick up your mail at the box location if you go over there while their sorting and tell them your problem. They can set it aside as if you were away and you can pick it up anytime there sorting mail.

My mailbox is in the bottom row. Was at my seasonal home last week to do some work. Checked mailbox and neither of my keys worked! Tried to contact mailman but no answer at the phone number given. Has anyone else had this problem? I did notice a stuck key in one of the other bottom row boxes.

Funny the first time. Very sad from then on. No one should have to crawl on their hands and knees or need a ladder to get their mail.

Every time I have called the post office, I have been put on hold forever.
