Default Imagine TV without golf carts

Just occurred to me this morning driving on Morse what The Villages would be like without golf carts. The traffic would be increased to uncomfortable levels. The parking especially in the squares would be so crowded to the point you'd maybe drive around and give up and go home.
Golf carts, to me, was one of the factors that help me to decide to move here. If nothing else than easy parking, they are just plain fun!
I'm sure others have many more reasons why golf carts are a major point of living in The Villages.

TV without golf carts? That would be like Florida without sunshine. Momma don't take my golf cart awa-a-a-ay.

Wouldn't be The Villages. If I wanted to live in Orlando, I'd move there.

Friends in Ontario, who know that we winter in Florida, often ask me for information. When I say we have a house in "The Villages", most people have never heard of it, and think it is a dinky little trailer park. Even when I tell them The Villages is larger than Daytona Beach. The one thing that friends seem to relate to, is when I tell them that you can drive to over 80 restaurants in a golf cart.

We wouldn't live here if we couldn't putter around in our golf cart! AND go to the music on the squares!

Read the POA paper. Check out the reported number of serious injuries that happen monthly. The rate is moving up at an accelerated speed. How long do you think Sumpter County will allow this black mark on their statistics?

And you can park your cart for a while and then come back and drive right off while others are standing around waiting for their air conditioners to cool their cars back down. That’s what I love about them.
