We have two sets of friends who have been looking at premier lots. Neither of them thought these lots were worth the price. We took a ride by a month or so ago so things may have changed but we didn't see that value in those lots either.

Doesn't hurt to double the selling price on something and see if someone bites. Love the Free Market.

I was referring to Rubicon post which Gracie referred to!

The point being people either want to spend money on a nice house and eat in more, or spend less and eat out all the time, what ever floats your boat.

I have not been back to this thread since my 2nd post and discovered, when I did, that my name may have been taken in vain

We have never met so you might want to refrain from prejudging me and I hope I have not misjudged you . So to end that question on my part let me say

First my comments were not to pick on GG the first made in jest to illustrate that a buck here and a buck there eventually adds up to a whole of of money. The second also in jest when reading GG's "towering oaks" recalled the over reaction on this forum for those oaks that were mysteriously cut in the Village of Bridgeport, Lake Minoa

Secondly, You should know that I take seriously the Commandment that says "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors goods.

I believe in the Zen Buddhist philosophy of sorrow is derived from desire eliminate desire and one eliminates sorrow. So personally the sum total of my accumulated estate was never for me it has always been for my wife and my children and preserved for their care when I depart.

You obviously struck a nerve with your comment as to jealousy and sir there is not a jealous bone in my body. I hope you have the opportunity to read this post. I wish you no ill will and end by saying

Personal Best Regards:

I might be missing something, but it looks like they took that village down. I don't see it any more. Seems like there were a couple lots sold. Will have to wait and see.

GG: Thank you for those kind words.

I desire harmony prevail on these pages but this was the second time this guy came at me and it was one too many. I hold three things sacred, my wife, my children and my name and as to the latter I have the battle scars to prove it.

As to this topic the human experience is that three things are essential food shelter clothing. As to those three essentials taste, desire, rationale vary. I love the golf courses over that way and try to play them often.

As of two days ago, 6 lots have already been sold. There are two houses currently under construction. VERY impressive pools underway on them as well.
