I don't have a recommendation but I'm curious about the need to have a will prepared in Florida. Does that mean if you already have a will in place, drafted in the state you moved from, you have to get a new one in Florida after you move there?

Default Susan Sullivan

We went to Susan Sullivan, (her office is next to Bargains and Treasures.)
Our Illinois will didn't have everything needed in FL. We also had her do our trusts, power of attorney, and living wills. Although we have right of survivor as a spouse, we didn't know that if one of us was unable to make decisions, the other could not do things like sell the home etc. She said the power of attorney is in some ways more important than the will. The trusts will just help with the long drawn out and expensive probate.

Another vote for Susan Sullivan. She is great and quite reasonable!

Short answer....yes!

I offer the name of the Millhorn law firm. Mike Millhorn (retired now) did all of ours as well as set up new trusts and a comprehensive estate plan . They are very good at what they do, friendly demeanor, reasonable and not beholding to TV in any way shape or form.

Amy Reid Pittman - formerly with Millhorn . can do everything you describe. Did it for me and my wife. Very competent young woman, reasonable fees.
