Can someone tell me the newest development that has 2/2 cottage style homes?

And...what area is closest to the town squares. Making a voyage down there in May to check it out.

Only the newest areas/villages show NEW homes and that at this time is Fenney and Desoto. You can find them on thevillages.com site.

You need not be afraid to contact The Villages sales office, they have a good reputation for NOT being high pressure at all. They have no need to. People are lined up to buy the homes here.

I have a map I put together when we were looking but it does not include the new areas of Fenney and Desoto south of 44. If you download it you can enlarge it.

The new complex of Villas is now selling. 130 were built this year Soulliere Village. Off 42 by the Village of Chatham Acres. The villas are CBS construction- many with two car garages.
