Lost my electricity early in the morning. Don't know why. Did anybody else loss their electricity?

I woke up and the clocks were blinking on my microwave and stove.
Our power is on now.
We are in Largo.
We must have lost power sometime overnight.

We did in Caroline. When there is no power, it's amazing just how DARK it is around here. Not sure how long it was out. The beep of the computer battery backup device woke me.

I wonder what happened.

This is my theory. I THINK that they hook up new grids(?) to light up NEW Villages sometimes in the night and have to disconnect some other old ones for a short time when they do it.

Very possible. Good thought! I am in Charlotte, a new Village and did not lose power, nor did they in Sanibel as was stated, also new Village.
