What I know is that Right Now we are in the middle of a public health crisis, so the importance of food preparers wearing a mask during a pandemic is paramount.

Interesting. From what I’ve read COVID-19 is not considered a foodborne illness. You must know something I don’t.

This was the Wildwood location.
Will try WaWa next time, thanks.

You know why, because Randy who opened and managed the location in front Target for 6 years and then took over management of the Trailwinds store when it opened in January 2019, about 15 months ago, has left in January. Jake the owner of both those locations plus the Clermont and Mt. Dora Jersey Mike's promised Randy a share of ownership at Trailwinds location. Then the corporate office wanted Jake to open more locations since his four stores were some of the busiest in the franchise. Jake backed off and instead sold the Target and Trailwinds locations to another franchiser who already owned 32 locations. Since Randy got the short end of the stick in not getting ownership, instead of staying onboard as an manager with the new owner, he went to an Orlando location since his wife and 3 kids are in Melbourne. You know, when something is good, I'll can wait 5 minutes.

Early on, I saw on television, one of the experts said to microwave your take out or pick up food for 30 seconds before consuming it. This will kill any virus that may land on the food if the preparer sneezes or coughs on the food before it is served to you. This is the reason for not getting cold food as take out. The expert suggested to get only hot food for delivery or for pick up, transfer the food into your own dishes then microwave it.

I have maintained those suggestions and are very careful with take out or food delivery. I will not go through a drive through and eat the food before I get home. Hubby says I'm paranoid. I say I'm being safe.
