My answer to 1: A community where the golf carts have priority over cars.
My answer to 2: The Viera community near Cocoa Beach.
We went to Viera a few years ago for a lunch and a nice nature walk. Like The Villages, there were a lot of cars and golf carts, but in cases where the roads intersected the golf cart path, THE GOLF CARTS HAD THE RIGHT-OF-WAY!
That was quite a change for us. We are used to The Villages where cars have the right-of-way every time a road intersects a cart path. I would not like to live in a true golf cart community.
By the way, we thought Cocoa Beach was a crummy area and we would never go back.
