I do find that the people that are NORTH of Brownwood seem to be misinformed as to the amenities the southern areas have. All areas have their + and - qualities but writing off an area that you really know nothing about is both inaccurate and unkind. Get your facts straight before you start bashing the newer areas.

Yes, they are planned. Personally I don't go to any of the golf course restaurants, the food tastes like it was frozen and nuked, menu's never seem to change much and the drinks are weak. I used to Like Cane Garden but it went downhill also.
