I remember being told by the salesperson we dealt with when purchasing our home in The Villages that every village has their own adult pool but we would be able to go to any of the adult pools. We were also told that all the amenities of each village, including the adult pools, would be built before any homes were sold in the village. |

Q: What is the Resident Academy? A: The Resident Academy is an interactive program for residents who are interested in learning about their local government. Our ultimate goal for the Resident Academy is to alleviate the confusion, questions, or mis-information that exists throughout the community regarding the responsibilities and functions of the Community Development Districts. During this program, participants will receive an in-depth look at the various District Departments and how they work together to make this the best community to live, work and play. Department Directors will also be available to answer questions or make appointments for those seeking additional information. |

People enjoy sitting outside, even at the championship courses their outside entertainment is very busy.. Developer is making changes that the younger residents apparently appreciate, like the many outdoor walking paths, without golf carts, that makes a very safe and tranquil walk. The new walking path at lake Miona, is a great addition for those near LSL |

Did the Resident Academy you attended take the time to list the neighborhoods without adult pools? The one I attended did not. The one I attended focused on the various District Departments and how they worked together. Amenities were mentioned but there was much more time spent on who maintains the amenities than on counts of adult pools or pickleball courts. |
