I know that Bridgeport at Laurel Valley on 466 does not have a poll. It is a very small premier neighborhood with about 70 homes. A large number of the homes have their own pool.

That’s one reason to buy a preowned home. My adult pool is less then 1/2 mile in one direction and the family pool is 1/2 mile in the other direction. Three great Villages to live in is Ashland, Bonnybrook and Lynhaven. Also close to Sumter Landing. Happy in The Villages������

I remember being told by the salesperson we dealt with when purchasing our home in The Villages that every village has their own adult pool but we would be able to go to any of the adult pools. We were also told that all the amenities of each village, including the adult pools, would be built before any homes were sold in the village.

Another thread about north vs south. Y'all do realize, many that live in the south know exactly what amenities the north has....that's where they moved from.

So one would ask why does one move from the North that is so much better, to the south? And are very happy they did.
