What are the yearly amounts of money being spent is general terms?

Total $ of all amenity fees yearly, for $ collected monthly
Total $ of all maintenance fees on tax bills
Total $ collected as "rent" when groups want to use facilities.
Total $ collected from any fee based activity

Total $ spent on Golf courses, flowers, rec centers, gate systems, community watch, pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, cutting grass in public areas, rec attendants in the squares, district operations, management costs, contracted expenses (and what for), etc

districtgov.org -> Departments -> Budget
Then look for SLCDD and VCCDD which is where the amenity dollars are collected and spent.

Also, the process has begun for building the budget for next year. Workshop times are available either in the District Weekly Bulletin, the Agenda links for each of the Districts, or by calling Customer Service. Attending these might provide many of the numbers you are looking for.

Nothing in the squares is paid for by amenity fees. The businesses at the squares pay for all of the entertainment and staff.

"On and on" for sure. Why stop there. Following that "logic" those who have no children should not pay for public schools, if you personally do not go out and drive, or walk, at night, why contribute to street lights ? No car ? Then why pay for streets and roads you don't use... but, it's "social media", what do you expect, superior intellectual analysis ? Think some times things are written only to watch the reactions of others....LOL... as an amusement perhaps ?

Didn’t know the TOTV ‘forum’ had entered the social media genre. So let’s see, Twitter X, Truth Social, FB, Instagram, Tik Tok.....and TOTV forum. Available on the app or in the App Store! Got it...thank you for the update

Question....by responding to OP post, aren’t you initiating a reaction as well? Since you threw in an ‘LOL’....for ‘amusement perhaps’? Just following your logic...

I shouldn’t therefore pay for anything I don’t use! Sure makes a lot of sense - not!

7) Schools in which I don’t have children.

Some people are never satisfied. This was always primarily a golf community…free golf for life.

The amenities for me are living in a nice community that has all these options that I can choose to join or not at any time. Flowers are nice, grass is green (except on the golf courses :-P), sidewalks maintained, etc. Compared to many HOAs (which technically this isn't), our fee is a bargain.
