Check the Newcomer Guide. It has statistics for every village.

go to Districtgov.org then click on development districts. Each district has a listing of haw many homes in each

Unfortunately districts 10 and 11 have never been updated on the district.gov website (seems like they're just phoning it in on that site sometimes).

However, previous reports have put the number of homes in district 10 at 6,639 and district 11 at 2,055. When you add in the 5,693 from the Lady Lake non-CDD area, you end up with approximately 56,744 total homes in The Villages.
