Default Electric bike

Just purchase an electric bike on Amazon, an Ancheer model ama005757.
Of course the assembly instructions are lousy and having trouble with frontwheel installation.

Does anyone have this bike I could see to figure out proper installation

Would really appreciate it

Thanks in advance for your help

Perhaps, a good thing. Good that you knew when to stop. Flat tires are common in the villages due to all the construction. Frankly since we moved here I've had more flats in my car, golf cart and bike than in the rest of my life.

To fix a flat it is important that you know how to remove not only the front wheel but the rear as well. From the picture your bike has a derailier (however it is properly spelled) on the rear and disc brakes front and rear. You need to learn how to back off the disc brakes-the pads that contact the discs. Probably the same front and rear. On some bikes there is a lock mechanism to prevent the wheel falling off if you leave the nuts securing the wheel too loose on some xxxxxx decides to mess with your quick release
while you are not looking.

Far as flats. Be prepared. Imagine you are miles from home, your tire goes flat and it decides to rain. I carry tools, a patch kit, which by the way is useless unless you can find the hole, a spare tube and a pump. Aside buy a pump with a flexible hose. The typical cheap ones sold are impossible to use.

I suppose that electric bikes are costly and are tricky to put together; Instruction manuals are confusing. Perhaps you can take it to a bike shop and have it assembled by them. Well worth the expense and will save stress, frustration. and headaches.

Great , another electric bike on the paths! Bike pump, patch kit, water bottle, elbow pads, knee pads, shoulder pads, helmet. Remember the fall isn't so bad, it's the food in the hospital... Save the box and send it back!
