Ok, I keep waiting for someone to make the comment, but no luck, so I'll do it and take the heat... I now teach my dog to pee in the street on our walks. Now the walkers behind us are complaining because the have to walk around the pee or a golf cart drives through it. When they start b#%^*+ing about the dog peeing in the street what should we do now? Go!

At any age those with common sense and respect for others and their property don't like it when filth is put on their property...wow imagine that.. It's nice there are those who label folks with common sense cranky, demented and looking for faults...it's to bad their upbringing didn't include how to act in public... |

Following your logic, I guess only golfers should contribute toward golf course amenities, only tennis players should subsidize tennis courts, only pickle ball players should be expected to pay amenities for pickle ball courts, only baseball players should subsidize baseball diamonds .... ![]() ![]()

This poop thread is going nowhere and never will. All they do is get people upset. Dogs will ALWAYS be walked here in the villages. Those that pick up (almost all) will continue to do so. Those that don't pick up ( a small minority) will continue to leave the poop. Just deal with each case individually.
Nothing will get solved with nasty comments. A lot of you will be leaving soon to go home, so you won't have to deal with it anymore.....and even if your lawn gets peed on while your gone, you'll never know cause your lawn will still look fine. My dog pees on my lawn and my lawn is in absolutely perfect condition. Life's too short. SMILE. It's such a trivial problem. |

We have two dogs and never allow them to urinate on our lawn or anyone else's. Urine leaves burn spots that are clearly visible. How anyone can consider themselves to be "responsible pet owners" when s/he permits his/her pet to relieve themselves on private property is beyond me.

I don't know where in the "right away areas" you get the idea this is for dogs... I beg to differ if you check the law and regulations.. these areas are for utility work and related work entry areas. Please list the page and paragraph where these areas are for dogs.

Hard to find any fault with that simple solution.

When your dog pees, so does every other dog behind him, which DOES leave marks in yard....What I don't understand is why the owner (the one with the BIG brain) takes their dog across the street to a neighbors yard to do his business when they know that this is NOT acceptable, Why, Why, would you do that!....We have resorted to small signs that request "No pets please" and this works most of the time. We have a little dog and take him to pet parks, and common areas, NOT neighbors yard!...Come on folks, it's not that tough!..
