One Time cleaning Service Needed in Oct.

We are "Snowbirds" currently living "Up - North".
We have friends that will be living in our T.V. home in Nov.
Will need a cleaning service to come in in Oct. to make sure
all is cleaned prior to friends arrival.
All replies welcome.
