TriCounty Orth, corner of 466 and Rolling Acres. Dr. Cook or Dr. Tankson for shoulders. Helped me a lot.

Dr Issac Mitchell at TriCounty Ortho is a "shoulder" specialist. Top notch credentials/training.

This is an odd answer for you. When there was so much news coverage about the Boston bombings a local orthopedic doctor from Leesburg was interviewed, I think by Wesh2. He was present at the explosion site..or nearby, he wasn't harmed and he described being one of the first present where the little grandson of Mr.O'Brien was killed and the rest of that family injured.

He impressed me with his sensitive description and what apparently was aid as best he could do in that grave situation.

His name was Dr. Cowen. I thought if we needed an orthopedist, I would ask if anyone here was his patient. He seemed like a good person.

Well then, 07, I will listen to you. Anyone who plays tennis is having a working shoulder, FOR SURE.

Dr. Mitchell. I will write it down.

A good friend of mine used Dr. Matthews, he did a great job on her shoulder, but the recovery period is many months.

For your information, my other half just mentioned a doctor who is featured in the Village Magazine which came with the newspaper this morning. See page 67 (several full page ads) Dr. Deenesh Sahajpal, Orthopedic Surgeon working out of Munroe Regional Medical Center. His resume is incredible, and he seems to specialize in elbows and shoulders, along with other joints. If you read through his background, he has had extensive experience working with athletes. You might want to make an appointment with several orthopedic surgeons before you make a final decision.

If (when) I get my knee replacement, I want to stay in the Florida Hospital group, so I will probably go to Waterman Hospital in Leesburg, because it's a Florida Hospital.
