Default Over age nineteen Grandchildren's visits

Just a thought that popped up....

If two "over age nineteen (20/21)" grandchildren came to visit for over the 30 days to help with unpacking, general moving in, etc........would that be allowed during summer vacation time?

If kids nineteen and over are allowed to live with their younger parents, can these grandchildren then visit the grandparents to assist them during the moving in period????

O.K.......then after they left, could they then visit again at Christmas time?

Or is it just the children under age nineteen that "if" they came for 30 days of summer vacation from school..........could NOT visit at Christmas time during the one week school vacation???? In other words, ages 8, 11, toddlers, babies....etc. who would NOT be golfing or using community pools at all.

Just wondering.

Also we were wondering, who actually keeps count and tabs on the visiting grandchildren??????? We do know about the "guest passes" as we had to go to the big hotel or business real estate office to buy our guest passes, but who keeps track of visiting grandchildren?

Kids who live closer might even visit their grandparents during January school vacation...........spring school vacation.........summer school vacation and again at Thanksgiving time or Christmas time.

Anyone been through this with the revolving grandchildren visits?????
Were any ever denied entry to your home ?????? Who really counts them? Just wondering.

Do you have to fill out forms before they arrive????????

p.s. We are planning on installing our own pool and birdcage, so they would not be using the family community pool.

Is it still only 30 days? Or 30 days per extended visit at one time, per child?

Usually nosey neighbors keep track for you, but I believe if they are over 19 they can visit or live with you as long as they would like.

Over 19 there are no restrictions on how often or how long they visit, they can even live with you.

The only trouble with ours is that the oldest is gainfully employed and no longer available for very long to visit and the other is going to college and interning in the summer. It is a beautiful but dreadful thing. Just what we hoped and prayed for.

Here is the guest ID policy.
Looks like you get the first guest pass for thirty days and then just keep renewing it if they want to stay longer.

I think kids around 18 and up would be bored with this place after a while.

Yes, thank you so very much. I just printed out several copies to hang on to. Plus saved it on my computer.

It's much different than what I had been told. 30 days visit.
Then, if you wanted to.........which we wouldn't as they'd have to go back to school......you can renew for another 30 days.

Considering that everyone in our family would have to fly down.......I don't anticipate too many visits each year..........however, this is excellent information..............as I had assumed that grandchildren could only visit for 30 days total per year.

Again, thanks for sending it. Appreciate it.

I agree. I was just checking in case our house sold while they had school vacation and might help with the unpacking, etc. prior to starting summer jobs or whatever...........but yes, I agree.....there are many other places for 19 year old and 20 year olds to spend time..........however, our grandchildren like to "help"........and since we'd have our own pool anyway, they wouldn't even have to go to the family pool or adult pool. Young and limber youth can get the work done a lot faster than we can..........

But, thanks to other poster..........I now see that the 30 day guest pass is renewable again for another 30 days , etc., etc., etc. That was NEVER explained to us. Don't worry, no one wants company for 90 days.
