Hair dryer is provided. Cabanas are beautiful. We were there in May. We did bring 2 beach towels that we stuffed into the golf club bag and it cushioned the clubs. If you're not bringing clubs, don't bother. You can use the bath towels provided. Enjoy!

I've been on four of them and although I've brought them, they have always been provided. You don't even have to bring a smile, you're going to get an unlimited supply of those too!!

Yea! I think the only thing you won't find is the desire to go back home. Have a great time and, since I'm not in TV at this time, save me some kool aid!

Thank you for the info.....Here's something funny: I am usually the one who over packs but I just looked at the pile of things my husband is bringing and he has his guitar and banjo -- not sure when he's planning on doing all this pickin' during our 4 day visit but I like the way he thinks!!!

You wont have time to pick and strum---lol you will be too busy , You really do not need to bring much ---everthing you need is in the home ---

Just make a short trip to the supermarket ---(on the golf cart ) and your ready to go ---

we are coming on Thursday for our 4th visit --and will be ordering our new home and we still know we wont have time to do everthing we have planned --

good luck --see you by the pool

Bluegrass group meets at Sea Breeze each and every Wednesday 1 to 3. I don't pick, but I am a hard core bluegrass music fan and I enjoy it very much. You can get a chance to do a presentation too. Welcome !

You lucky ducks. You are just not going to believe it.

I still can't.

Don't forget to eat at the lighthouse.

Don't forget to wave back at everyone when riding in a golf cart or they will think you are from --------.

Just returned from our visit and I DID NOT want to leave.... We went to a few open houses and had lunch at Spanish Springs before leaving and finally hit the road at 1pm. Well, the bottom line is we are sold --- hook, line and sinker! We had a wonderful time -- we saw a lot of houses, we ate at Lighthouse Grill (loved the steamers!) and Palmer Country Club (yummy but service was a bit slow) and breakfast 2 mornings in a row at the Veranda -- a favorite of mine. We tooled around on the golf course - missed a paddle tennis game because we went the wrong way on Buena Vista. We did miss a turn off one night coming back from the Town Square and ended up on the round about but got out of there quickly. We went grocery shopping with the golf cart. Rode bikes to the pool. Saw the Ed Sullivan show at the Savannah Center. We went to both town centers for happy hour and dancing and we had fun at Katie Belles. There was SO MUCH we didn't get to do that we will have to come back soon. We really enjoyed everything (except the pizza at Bravos). We are definitely sold on the Villages and looking to buy something to rent seasonally so that we can still come and enjoy a few weeks there each year until we can retire and move permanently!

I am so glad to hear this.

You did all of my favorite things.

I am sorry we weren't there to say hi.

Pizza is only good at your original hometown.

It's all for real--it's not a dream. Next time, try the pizza at Red Sauce--it's excellent.

You're not gonna believe what it's like to have so many decent, fun people as neighbors who are caring and treat you like they've known you for decades.
