That is the joke a $80 a round course has a big pothole and their solution for a year has been a cone.

The Pothole also creates a one-way trail for a two-way trail which is an accident waiting to happen.

There is a saying the squeaky wheel gets the oil, well I’m squeaking.

Maybe if you drove past it every day you would have a different opinion.
I agree with you totally. The question I am about to ask is in no way meant to suggest otherwise.

I haven't been up that way in a while. Is the pothole on the MMP or inside the actual Palmer Legends property?

It doesn't matter the folks who own the golf course owns the MMP. I believe.
The restaurant is leased.

Although I would consider it to be on Palmer’s property.

It's amazing that I was watching them put out fresh flowers at the Palmer round about but the Pothole goes ignored.

The MMPs are maintained by the District Property Management, and I would assume anything inside the Palmer grounds is maintained by the business entity that owns Palmer Legends.

If the pothole is on an MMP, then notifying DPM would be appropriate. If it's on the grounds of Palmer Legends, then it's the responsibility of whatever entity owns the Palmer Legends facility.

Does the pro fix potholes? Does that allowing him time for teaching?

You decide whose responsibility.

Just wanted to give an update on Palmers Pothole.

It seems the speed bump was either removed or came off its anchors and was tossed to the side.

I haven't been this way in a few weeks but this is beyond embarrassing at this point.

Scots invented the game. Let's bring back the kilt. Perfect for a summer game.

I'm thinking that's the responsibility of whoever owns the club. It's a struggle for me to believe they can't afford to fix that.

With all the effort they put into keeping everything so nice here in the Villages, it's surprising they won't fix that. It's not like it's major project. They could easily fix that in a few hours.

I'm happy to report Palmers Pothole after 1 1/2 years has been fixed and hope this thread served as an inspiration to fix it.

We are society with rules what separates use from animals.

Well men know why? Women are special. They have they own tees, if complaining they are always right. There dress standards are different cause well they are women. Nobody want to look at old Fa men in shorts and tank top. But looking at women in that dress fine that what men do. Besides I bet men make up rules. IMO men should be wearing the Sunday best like they just got out of church and no golf carts allowed. You know like the early pro’s did when they played walking. After all men emulate and praise early pros, so put yourself in their shoes. If we had those rules there would be less lazy over weight golfers on course and these dress pants and collared shirts rules wouldn’t be problem.

As for pothole non player. Potholes are rare in Florida unless you live on dirt road. Us from up north miss dodging potholes….

I am sad to hear pot has been fixed

Over 100 posts and had ZERO impact of the repair.
