Contact Will, owner, S&W Roofing. He is very nice to work with. 352-390-4500. He works on site with his guys. Delivered shingles day of job. He was below the cost of the other quotes I received. Highly recommend him. He did my roof and 4 neighbors.

Roofs had High Wind Damage during 5 April just last week we had neighbors getting roof looked at for insurance claims. Might want to check it out! FYI

For that size and style home The price is $5,000-$6,500. When people pay more they become part of the reason they are quoting such ridiculous prices. If everyone stopped saying yes to the high quotes and took more time to shop around we would all see the price gouging stop. But being a impatient society we want everything instant. So the price gougers are exploiting that and ripping everyone off.

I agree, when I paid $5400 on 11/2018 to replace my patio villa roof, at that time others were paying 8-10K plus for the same job!

My Biscayne Villa (1654 sq ft ) roof replaced in 2017...... $5000. It was 22 square @ $225 per Sq.
