Does anyone know of a carpet place that will put a border around an existing rug?

Reedy flooring has a place they send out to have them done. They did one for me about 2 years ago. They did a great job and I do remember that I paid the fee to the person that did the work, not to Reedy. Hope this helps!

I recall seeing a notice in Floormaster on 301 about binding carpet. I also believe the Rug Rat in the Markets of Marion (Row B) also has someone to bind carpeting.
