jannd,

Did you ask the agent what became of the person (Sargent?) who purchased the property in May? Did he list it for re-sale with TV? Why? Is the verbal offer a different purchaser? When was the verbal offer made? Are offers still being accepted?

Sometimes the only way to get very specific answers is to ask very specific questions. If that doesn't work, I think I might (a) loose interest in a property with too many unanswered questions; and (b) request another sales agent, one who is not guarded with information.

I know there are a lot of new ones just almost exactly like it for the same price.

Just as someone else said, home sales are slower in the summer. Maybe they gave them a longer time to close.

Any reason why you like that one better than one just like it?

Default yes

it is NEW no one ever lived in it, or so it states, the mold I can take care of the animal dander I can't too many real estate people on Cape Cod lied to me which caused my current health condition, of course the mold on the ceilings and rugs in the school I taught in didn't help either

If someone finances their home through TV bank and defaults on their payments TV can put it back on the market but it is listed as pre-owned even if it was never lived in.
