Looking to donate clothes and household items, any Salvation Army or similar type charities near?

Try Bargains and Blessings. They have a store on 301. Will pic up and do wonderful work.

Our Mother's Attic, just down the street from Bargains and Blessings will also pick up. They are a Catholic charity.

Call Salvation Army. They're in the area all the time. I get a call from them every once in awhile if there going to be in our area. Leave at door with SA on bag and they pick up.
I had a bag of clothes for them last week.

American Red Cross has monthly pickups. You can go to their website to schedule pickups.

Hospice has a thrift store on 466 across from the Wal-Mart. Excellent cause for donations.
