Can anyone with in ground pool experience tell me the yearly price upkeep between a heated pool compared to a solar heated pool.

I have a 12 X 28 pool with gas and solar heat. I keep it around 86 degrees. I have very accurate numbers to compare as I have a second rental home about the same size. There is an increase in electric for pool pump motor, water cost as you add water at least once every couple weeks, gas for heater, and there is maintenance cost every year. I budget $5000 a year for the pool and it has been running about $4300 a year. Currently worth every penny as we use it a lot and it provides lots of outdoor living space.
