I voted yes.
I LOVE seeing at the pets at the square. Like the man at LSL who always has the two chairs with his little dog in one and both their drinks on the little table that hooks the chairs together.

We have two schnauzers and I don't bring them to the square as one is a rescue and very leery of strangers. He would be too nervous. And I hate to leave one home alone, so that means the other one doesn't get to go either. We do ride em around the square on the golf cart once in a while tho.

I also agree that some owners need training...
