Default Citizens ATM's and USPS Stamps

After returning from Indiana in October, I noticed our Citizen's ATM at the De LaVista mail station on Morse no longer dispenses USPS stamps. That was a nice feature. Wondering if this is the case for other Citizen's ATM's??

Our mail station ATM stopped selling stamps too - I thought it was short sighted by Citizens, but stamps are easily purchased at Publix.

I'll assume it's Citizens First you're both referring to...ours in Sanibel never offered stamps. Not sure why any would.

It was a nice convenience.

To clarfy, many people in The Villages incorrectly refer to Citizens First Bank as Citizens Bank. Citizens First Bank is a local bank established to serve The Villages and surrounding areas. It is only located in Florida. The Citizens Bank is a much larger bank in New England that has about 1000 branches located in 11 states, but it does not serve Florida.

Don't get me started on what people think Fenney is. Get a map.

LOL!

Lately posters’ typings and sentences have been less precise with grammar, tenses and clarity for sure!

Yes Citizens stopped the stamp service at ATMs over a year ago.

I called Citizens First when they stopped putting stamps in the ATM because that was a nice service. They said they had to stop because the stamps do not fit the ATM anymore. When they did it before the stamps were the same size as a $20 bill. The new ones the USPS came out with are no longer that size therefore won't work in the ATM

would be considered a nice convenience yet they are not available due to lack of people using them...I guess it's only a nice convenience when someone thinks it is. Personally I buy my stamps at Publix...a nice convenience...

Mortal1, if you would have read the post right above yours, Dave found out the reason Citizen's First Bank stopped selling them at the ATM: USPS upsized the stamps! Publix is not convenient to everyone since there are other grocery stores in the area.
