I also show these sympthoms when turning in zumba or dancing. Does anyone else suffer from this and if so can you suggest something that helps. I have not mentioned this to my doctor because I thought I would just give up doing these activities but I really don't want to stop playing pickleball. Wondering how common this is and if anyone else suffers. Thanks.
You have gotten great advice but I would like to reiterate that you stay well hydrated with 8 to 10 - 8 Oz glasses of water per day. Florida's humidity can cause one to feel faint and disorientated, especially during the warm part of the day.

My doctor recommended coconut water, instead of Gatorade to replace electrolytes, as I am a diabetic. Always smart to check with your doctor. Could be a combination of both?

BTW - I asked my doctor and he informed me beer and wine doesn't count as fluids, that need to be replaced.
