I have read through most of the threads about TV antennas, dishes, etc., and the references to the FCC Act and OTARD. The Villages can rant and rave all they want and point to the convenants, but by federal law, they can not prohibit a person from erecting a TV antenna unless the antenna would be a real safety concern or the relevant location is an official historic district. Clearly, The Villages allows satellite dishes, but I have not seen any traditional TV antennas. Has anyone pushed on the standard TV antenna issue with The Villages?
