Default 466A closed on Monday

Does anyone know why they're closing 466A on Monday 8/6? and will it be closed just that day or longer?

There was a lit-up message on 441/27 northbound just saying Miller Rd/466A would be closed Monday 8/6. That's all I know

Only that intersection is closed. They are paving. No need to panic!

Yeah, panic was starting to set in... I was already looking at GPS for an alternate route to Sams Club ...

Thanks for averting the panic. I thought the whole thing was going to be closed thus making it much more difficult to get out of the bubble from where I live (Hemingway).

Glad to hear only the paving at 441 & 466a. Would be a major problem if I couldn't get to Publix and Kindred Spirits at Colony.

Yikes...thanks for scarying me too...headed to I-75 (466a to wildwood) on monday. I wonder about these construction folks sometimes, shut down a road...like south of the pinelles library . I wonder if this will cause and issue getting to the fruitland post office? Guess I'll use the ship place in colony.

The only thing closed will be the intersection of 466A and 441/27 where they will be paving that little unpaved section. The remainder of 466A will be open as usual. You can go around that intersection by taking 25 north or south.

Oh good Thanks for the clarification. Never go out that way anyway Usually take 25a one way or the other. Glad to know its not going to be a huge mess!

That's smart especially if you are going to go north on 441 since if you go to 441 and try to turn left it's dangerous because northbound traffic is cresting over a hill and appears suddenly.
