Considering building in Pine Ridge after searching pre-owned homes in other villages last weekend. We never made it to Pine Ridge, but noticed in pictures the high tension power lines that can easily be seen from the golf view homesites.

Any insight if these lines can be seen throughout the Village of Pine Ridge (or even Pine Hill for that matter). Not many villages with lot availability at this moment.

Think of the power lines as the proverbial house on the hill.

You can see power lines and their towers in both Pine Ridge and Pine Hills. You can see them in other Villages as well and including Tierra Del So and Nancy Lopez's championship golf courses. They have a wide easement as they travel through the area. Most don't pay much attention to them.

I rarely look up during the day! MIGRAINE! So don't bother me unless I'm under them then my AM radio gets the static.

We had a large power line on some land I owned found that Bee's didn't work under then very well to pollinate berries and squash people working under them for long periods didn't seem to think as well as on other jobs away from them. No facts just observations over many years. Could also light tube type florescent lights under them.

My reaction would be to think ahead to when you need to sell. Location, Location, Location!
