Default Question on pergola

Can a pergola be installed on the patio of a patio villa in the villages? Does anyone know who I would contact to determine if that is allowable? Thanks

You are going to deal with ARC anyway. I walk in the villa locations and see several pergolas. Pergola King, or something like that built mine and we love it. They advetise in daily paper.

My deed restrictions specifically state no pergolas are permitted yet I see them installed within my village. What gives ?

What Village do you live in? Im not aware of any deed restriction preventing it. Simply states that you must have approval from the developer, unless I'm missing something.
