Default Wendy's Coming to Trailwinds Village

Wendy's will be located between Circle K and the future Taco Bell. The future Publix will be behind these three businesses.

They are putting in a daily Blue Plate special at 3PM. Tilapia Sandwich, Custard, Geritol, and a Guy Fieri look alike brings your order to your table on his golf cart at slightly above speed limit.

Default I love Wendy's.

Love their chili. Love their single with cheese and pickle and tomato and lettuce and onion. YUM. Oh GPSMA doesn't like the word Yum or yummy to describe a culinary experience. It is truly delicious and cooked just right and a Frosty goes good with it too. Once a month, rain or shine.

Gracie...I would just like a more descriptive explanation than its yummy.

I never had their chili but have heard from many that it tastes very good.

Just would like to know why Wendys left over ground up burgers taste so good. Perhaps you can be more descriptive

So happy to hear this. Have never lived near a Wendy's. Love the child size frosty. Then I don't feel too guilty and it is enough.

I don't use words like yummy, but Wendy's chili is pretty good. And, it is always served hot, unlike the chili you get at many restaurants, who serve it luke warm. I can get a large chili and a small Frosty for about $3.50. A good lunch for less than the tip at most restaurants.

Try the chili at Wendy's. Listen to me. It is hot, not hot spicy and very nice. Their hamburgers are also very good. Just for once in awhile. We go about once a month.

This Wendy's is not golf cart accessible--since you have to take a car--try the Wawa on 301 & 466-was very skeptical of it, but I go by that location once or twice a week & I make a pit stop

I'm glad it's going to be a Wendy's and not BK or McD's because it's better quality IMO. As others have stated the chili is pretty darn good for a fast food place.

Wawa, just another run-of-the-mill fast food joint.

Take the wrapper off and you have a bun, with meat or fish, fried or grilled, some combination of lettuce, onion, cheese, tomato, mayo, ketchup, relish, pickle. Pretty hard to differentiate "burgers" in that marketplace.

Blindfold 99% of us and they all taste the same.

And I like them all!

All the fast food places today provide "healthy" choices when we need balance our intake.
