I don’t agree with driving on the fairways when wet, but if people are on the cart path and playing and still have daylight I see no problem. The people out here that are over reacting to this are probably folks that still have masks on! Lighten up people!

I care and I see a problem
First of all, it wasn't clear if this was an exec or champ course. If it was a champ course these people were
TRESPASSING and I would call the community watch if after the clubhouse was closed.
Second, did these people pay a yearly trail fee or was it ala carte? If so, they were stealing from the CDD on an exec
Third, and
MOST IMPORTANT, amenities are not solely a benefit paid for in the monthly fee, they come with
RESPONSIBILITIES as well.
My amenity fee pays for flowers in the RB's and intersection. Does that mean since I paid I can trample all over them?
I pay to maintain the Rec centers, does that mean I can break in at 2 AM and play billiards? (And no one tell me that isn't the same---when you drive your cart past the "course closed" sign, you are essentially breaking in).
Those who suggest that this behavior is acceptable are just promoting anarchy. (which is what you get when there are no rules or the rules are being ignored.) Imagine what TV would be like if
EVERYONE ignored the rules, not just some entitled, selfish few???? You wouldn't survive a RB. or a MMP. There would be dead cyclists and pedestrians strewn all about. The golf courses would look like a minefield. Properties would look like a slum.
If the sign says "course closed",
IT IS CLOSED, and for a reason. It's not up to you to decide if it is a valid reason or if you agree with it, or if
YOU don't think you are doing any damage.
JUST FOLLOW THE RULES!!!!!
End of rant.
