Default R U a Navy Federal Credit Union Member?

Would you like to see NFCU in TV?

We have been a member for over 30 years and were disappointed that the closest NFCU is 2 hours away. Wouldn't it be great if a branch was in TV? We wouldn't have the hassle of going to another bank for mortgages, loans & any other banking business. Dealing with Navy Federal Credit Union & their experienced staff assist with our family & friends banking needs has always been a positive experience. We miss having that connection don't you?

Agree, be nice to have. I wonder what the base number of users would be in TV?

Probably not enough to justify a branch in The Villages. I myself am using USAA for most of my banking now. Would love to have Navy Federal. Would need a lot of traffic to justify the cost of a Brick and Mortar branch.

Have had 3 accounts with them for about 5 years. Never had a need to actually visit a branch. In fact, in this day and age, is there a need to even visit a brick and mortar store? Even when NFCU did auto leases, I never had to visist a branch. Never had a mortgage with them, though.

Must say, the NFCU staff is the absolute best and most knowledgable cs reps I have ever come across. Much better than Chase.

Been a member for over 39 years. At this point, we don't have much need to actually visit them since we can do our banking on-line....with instant deposits....no need to mail in checks, loans on line or by phone. I love NFCU and it would be nice to have them nearby, but in all the years we've lived here (5+), we've only really needed to be in the office, once. Mortgages, if needed, can be done online or by phone and they come to you for signature...the send out a notary. If this is something I can do, maybe NFCU feels it is something many others can do also.....so the need for an actual building might not seem as necessary to them as it might seem to some members.
They do indeed, provide wonderful service and we've been able to pass membership along to other family members.
