How would the OP suggest getting the POA bulletin delivered if not in everybody's driveway? Any suggestions?

Another vote for the POA.
Before we moved here full time, we had a patio villa. Due to the work of the POA finding out the siding and the roof were not put on right, we got a new roof and siding for free.
Sad part is many missed that chance because they didn't read the bulletin and now are paying for new roofs.
