I'm trying to read the POA (Property Owners' Association) bulletin online, but that requires an ID and password. The POA web site does not indicate how to create an ID and password. Can anyone help?

Are you sure it's the POA web site asking about a user ID and password? I go to their web site http://www.poa4us.org/ and it lets me download any of the POA Bulletins I want.

Thanks, that worked. When I Googled Property Owners' Association of The Villages, Florida I got a web site by that name, but it was different from the one your link provided. Why? Who knows. Technology is not always our friend.
