Default Halloween Question

This might be a silly question, but we are new in TV and figured it is better to be prepared.

Do residents of TV get trick-or-treaters at their doors for Halloween? I know there are no kids living here long term, but I was wondering if people come into TV to trick-or-treat from the outside areas, or if perhaps residents get into the act and go door-to door in their costumes (most of us are pretty young at heart). If so, I want to have some candy ready, but otherwise I don't like keeping it in the house (too tempting!).

Candy, you might rethink that and offer drinks.

Trick or treaters not allowed to go door-to-door. The town square shops usually have something for the kids on Halloween and there's a golf cart trick or treating at the church behind Public on 466 where kids go to each golf cart.

Hey!

I sense a new Villages tradition brewing!

Cappyjon will make it known that his house/street/villa neighborhood will make sure that all visitors are well-lubricated on Hallowe'en night! The rest of TV will come and drink them dry!

Love it!

I've been here for 12 years and have never seen kids or adults going door-to-door looking for treats. Anyway, I believe you wouldn't be doing anyone a favor by giving them candy.

Thanks, redwitch. I wondered if the shops in the squares treated the children. We are going to the Baby Boomers Halloween Party and another party at Paradise Rec. Center a friend is hosting. This will be the first adult Halloween parties I've ever attended. I'm excited!
