Default Fraying on edge of golf cart seats

Is there anyone that repairs edge fraying on golf cart seats? Happening on both sides - worse on driver's side. Maybe someone that can come to the home and do the work?

I'm not looking for how to do it. I'm looking for someone around The Villages that can repair the edges. The vinyl isn't torn or worn. The edge seam is separating a little and the fabric tape that covers the seam is fraying. It's about 10 inches on the drivers side and maybe 4 inches on the passenger side. It would be great if I could send a couple photos to whomever that could fix it.

Might be cheaper, an get the job done, with an aftermarket seat cover? There are many on-line companies that sell golf cart accessories, including seat covers.
