I feel very sad fot his woman as she cannot or is unable to trust her family members, so she has put herself in a position where she doesn't receive the help that is needed.
I would like to think that as I age, my son will be there to help me if needed. To think that someone doesn't have someone to turn to, must be a terrible way to live. Also to live in terrible fear of what may happen or imagining what could happen is a terible burden. I certainly hope there is a solution for her.

Yeah, Joe that's a very good point. One of the reasons I sat my oldest, my son, down a few years ago and told him exactly what I wanted, how I wanted to be cared for, in case I cannot do it later. Probably need to get a power of attorney, but that's a bit tricky with my wife still here.
I do know I can count on him to do what I want, even if at that point I don't want it. Of course, I'm an odd duck. (Yeah, I know you all already knew that.) I don't need to die at home and burden the family taking care of me. I want a nice care facility with a good bed, cable TV and WIFI and I'll be happy.

Alzheimers and other dementia probably explains a lot of the bad driving in The Villages, along with too many prescription drugs and alcohol.

From what I read, the lady who took in the two was only 61 years old. I know that dementia can hit at that age but let us take it easy on her. I would hope that she does not have Alzheimer's or dementia at 61.

![]() But back on topic...while I appreciate the explanatory post(s) from the person who knows the homeowner, I really don't think it's right for any of us who don't actually know her to continue to hypothesize about her mental state or why she let those people into her home. |

I agree. But I think at least one person who knows her explained the situation quite some time ago. To continue to discuss and hypothesize about this lady is, in my opinion, wrong. But, that's just my opinion. Carry on, if you want.

I believe it would be interesting to know who was buying the meth. I hope it was none of the residents of TV but it does indicate that there are meth heads in the area.

From the looks of their mug shots, I'd say they were. Whew. Or is that Boy Howdy.

I guess it has been concluded it is none of our business. Time to move on.

If it were newsworthy, there would be more coverage in The Daily Sun. As stated above, time to move on.
