My mom just bought a patio villa in Rio Ponderosa. Where could I get a floor plan? or square feet for the bedrooms. don't have access yet and am trying to estimate some work. thanks for your help ( I did ask realtor but not getting far with that)

thevillages.com website has a ton of useful information. Since I am in Michigan, I can get a lot of info on what is going on in TV.

I called the Sumter County office, and they e-mail the official plans, around 15 pages of more that included the plot plan as well as the detailed house plans.
