Coming home at 5 pm today the Stillwater roundabout bypass was blocked, at both ends, by Community Watch. At the south end there was a truck that looked a bit like an ambulance. I glanced over and saw "Black Water Divers" on the side of the truck. They are usually sent to search and/or recover. Anybody know anything?

They use divers to clean the storm drains.

My guess is that's what they were there for. Saturday evening we past by there on our cart and on Buena Vista by Stillwater the community watch and S.C.S.O. were directing traffic around and through water.
